200 Hour Online Teacher Training Course
Welcome to our online 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course. Upon completing this course, you will receive a 200hr certificate which makes you eligible to register yourself as an RYS with Yoga Alliance.
Due to special circumstances with COVID-19, Yoga Alliance has allowed registered schools such as ours to offer our courses online until September 2020.
MEET YOUR TEACHERS
Madhav is an Indian yoga teacher who is born and raised in a traditional way. The yogic traditions that go to back to the ancient times are something he learned throughout childhood as part of his heritage.
He has vast education and experience in fields related to yoga such as Philosophy, Sanskrit, Hindi, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Pranic Healing, Reflexology and a Masters Degree in Yoga and Meditation.
Madhav has traveled and worked with students all over the world and is especially known for his Teacher Training role as a lead teacher in Yoga Ashram, India. In his teachings, he deeply focuses on passing the ancient truth and traditions of yoga while maintaining a modern approach by guiding students by developing self discipline in areas such as spirituality, mental strength, physical movement and awareness.
Madhav has been the director of Tavoos Yoga Teacher Training Programs since 2018.
Dr. Pragyan Tripathi
Dr. Pragyan Tripathi is qualified Ayurveda doctor. He completed his bachelor of Ayurveda medicine and surgery (B.A.M.S.) and master degree (MD) in Ayurveda from Rajiv Gandhi University Bangalore. He is the founder of Narmede Ayurveda Panchkarma center in Ujjain India. Dr. Pragyan is an expert in pulse reading and Panchakarma. He also did 200-hour yoga teacher training course from Sivandanda Vedanta Center Madurai.
His unique style of teaching makes him a great teacher. He will make you understand about your yoga anatomy and importance of Ayurveda in our life also the relation between yoga and Ayurveda.
He is a disciplined, confident and goal oriented individual. He carries a positive mental attitude.
Prabhakar Rana is a yoga teacher with more than 1000+ hours of training behind him. His classes are infused with humor, positivity and helping students build confidence on and off the mat. He known for his interesting philosophy lectures and meditation sessions.
Prabhakar has been studying classical texts of Vedanta and Yogic philosophy. With a very strong background in Vedic philosophy, Prabhakar teaches philosophy and meditation with a modern outlook. He has been trained at the Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai, where under the guidance of his teachers he learned ‘The Yoga Sutras of Maharishi Patanjali’, ‘The Hatha Yoga Pradipika’, philosophy, ‘Raja Yoga’ and meditation. Furthermore, to advance his knowledge of yoga, he went to ‘The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram’ in Madurai where he completed his second certification in Hatha Yoga.
With a vast experience of teaching various types of students, he is a very helpful teacher who guides his students on their yogic journey.
Along with his yoga classes, he has designed and implemented yoga programmes for patients undergoing detoxification at Mumbai’s best rehab center.
His aim is to help his students build confidence with meditative practices and learn how to apply their yogic knowledge in daily life.
